About the Role
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with strong fundamentals in manual and automation testing to join our SaaS product quality team. You’ll work closely with developers, QA peers, and product owners to ensure product stability and high-quality releases.
Responsibilities
· Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI, smoke, and exploratory testing).
· Create and execute API test cases using Postman.
· Collaborate with the team to debug, track, and verify defects.
· Work with GitHub for test case versioning and basic CI/CD integration support.
· Gain exposure to automation frameworks and contribute to writing simple scripts.
· Support in performance and load testing activities.
· Document test cases, test results, and provide clear communication on quality status.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
· 2+ years of experience in QA testing (manual + automation exposure).
· Good knowledge of Postman, API testing, GitHub.
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
· Exposure to at least one automation tool (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
· Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter or similar).
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
